"Edmund Hilary has been completed for 13 years. EuroClad have recently been appointed to undertake the repaint. Due to the enormity of the task, and to avoid disturibance to residents, this will take course over five years. Starting in 2005, off the back of the leaky-building syndrome, the use of plaster was a contentious choice. But this decision was validated over the test of time."
